Whitefish hospital welcomes first baby of 2024

Logan Health Whitefish's Birth Center welcomed its first baby of 2024 on New Year's Day.
Wells Nolan Massie, the first son of Marilla and Nolan Massie of Kalispell, arrived at 1:40 a.m. on Jan. 1. Wells was 6 pounds, 7.5 ounces. Wells is also the first grandson of Layne and Lynn Massie of Kalispell and Jerome and Lily Carlson of Lakeside, Montana.
Last year, 572 babies were delivered at the Whitefish hospital.
