Food processing training

Montana Manufacturing Extension Center will be holding Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points Training for Meat Processors and Food Manufacturers on May 8-9 at Montana West Economic Development, 44 Second Ave. W., Kalispell. The class will explain the requirements of the Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation of the Food Safety Modernization Act, and how companies may benefit from creating or updating a HACCP Plan.
