On January 24, 2022, the Commission issued Procedural Order No. 7823a, which established a variety of substantive and procedural deadlines for this docket. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Commission will conduct a public hearing on CBC's Petition. The public hearing will commence on April 27, 2022, at 9:00 AM, in the Bollinger Room located in the Commission's offices at 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, Montana.
