Ruth Marie Satterlee, 64

Ruth Marie Satterlee, age 64, of Shoreline, Washington, passed away March 8, 2020, of cancer.

Born in Republic, Washington, in 1955, and raised in Whitefish. Attended Washington State University, earning a degree in English literature. Worked as a technical writer, computer programmer, and indexer in the Seattle area, including work on a pilot project for Visa debit cards. Talented artist in beads, fabric, glass, and other mediums. Loved to travel, and took multiple trips to Kenya, Mexico and Hawaii.

Survived by her parents, Royce and Ruth Satterlee; her siblings, Alan Satterlee (Elspeth Satterlee), Ann Satterlee LePage (Tom LePage), and Robert Satterlee (Barry MacDougall); and her five nieces and nephews. She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
