Patsy Marie (Bay) Powell, 74

Patsy Marie (Bay) Powell, 74, went home to be with our Heavenly father to listen to the birds sing and the music play on March 11, 2020. She was born Sept. 15, 1945, in Hemit, California.

Patsy was deaf her entire life. She was the mother of three children: Richard Powell of Chowchilla, California; Patricia Holcomb (Wayne Holcomb) of Kalispell and J.B. Powell (Christina Powell) of Olivehurst, California. She is preceded in death by her grandsons Anonthy Powell and Travis Powell. Patsy grandchildren included David Powell (Sue Heidi Powell), Daniel Powell (Crystal Pavao), Eric Powell (Elisa Powell), Kristy Powell (Bubba Clark), Sara Powell, Patrick Holcomb (Alllison King), Ben Guinard (Christine Tow-Guinard) Gavin Guinard, Jonathan Holcomb, Natalie Holcomb, Samantha Wacaster, Kelly Wacaster, Haley Schneider and Michelle. Her great-grandchildren include Rosario, Nina Sophia, Dawson, Ofelia, Celia, Kinsley, Harlow and Payton.

The family will have a service at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home and Crematory, with a viewing from 1 to 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 15 and a service from 2 to 3 p.m.

Her long-time voice, Sandra Sallee, will be there to interpret. Then people are welcomed to visit the family from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Holcomb home, 730 10th Avenue W in Kalispell.

The following week Patsy will be accompanied by her son-in-law Wayne Holcomb and her daughter Patty Holcomb on her last trip to be laid to rest in Gridley, California, next to her grandson Travis Powell.
