Robert ‘Bob’ Sirucek, 99

Robert “Bob” Sirucek passed away at his home at the age of 99 on June 18, 2020.

He was born Nov. 8, 1920, to his parents Louis and Anne Sirucek in Straw, Montana. He went to school in Moore, Montana.

Bob served honorably in the Army, spending over two years overseas during the Korean War. After being discharged from the Army he returned home to continue farming in Moore with his father. After a few years he purchased a ranch over in Lewistown, with his passion being draft horses. He continued farming with his father Louis, and began raising cattle on his ranch, until he retired in 1980 and purchased a home in Kalispell.

He was preceded in death by his wife Isabelle, his daughter Leta, and his son David.

Bob is survived by his son Daniel, his daughter-in-law Mary Jane, and his granddaughters Brittney and Kim, stepdaughter Linda whom he raised as his own from a young age, and eight great-grandchildren.

There will be a celebration of life for him at the Eagles club in Kalispell where he had been a member for 75 years.
