Twins beat Lakers A with big 5th inning

WHITEFISH — The Glacier Twins A used a five-run fourth inning to help them beat the Kalispell Lakers A 7-4 at Memorial Field on Thursday.

Jacob Polumbus pitched four innings for the Twins and struck out three batters.

Twins batters Cade Morgan and Devin Beale were 2-4 at the plate. Austyn Andrachick and Jack Price were 2 for 3.

Price, Morgan, Beale, Chad Queen and Stevyn Andrachick each scored one run. Austin Andrachick scored two runs.

The Lakers got eight hits but were held to four runs through seven innings.

Caleb Morgan had three hits for the Lakers.
