son of Martin and Shannon Riebe of Newport, Wash., was born Aug. 18 in Spokane.

He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Bowen joins Madison, 10, Skylarand Cloei, 9, and Jessilyn, 2.

Paternal grandparents are Arnie and Shirley Riebe of Kila. Maternal grandparents are Jim and Nita Thorwart of Graham, Wash.
