daughter of Richard and Kathleen Tullis of Eureka, was born Nov. 7 at North Valley Hospital.

She weighed 7 pounds, 15.2 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Rachel joins Jessica, 16, Buddy, 14, Jacob, 10, Kiernan, 8, and Matthew, 3.

Paternal grandparents are Gene and Katie Watkins of Boise, Idaho. Maternal grandparents are Ray and Tecia Amoureux of Meridian, Idaho.
