Kalispell Police investigated a report of a gold Ford Focus driving all over the road. When the vehicle was stopped on Main Street, the driver was an elderly woman who was sightseeing but not drinking.

A teacher who went to her room at Flathead High School discovered criminal mischief at the school. She described the hallway as a mess.

An alert person called police about an older woman buying two cases of beer at a grocery store and getting into a vehicle with under age youth. She was counseled of consequences of sharing.

Someone became alarmed late Friday and called the police when 40 or more teenagers gathered outside a Hutton Ranch store. It turned out they were lining up for a sale.

A home was hit by eggs late Friday on Sylvan Court. The perpetrators then called a friend staying at the house and asked what they thought of the criminal mischief.

Officers were alerted to suspicious activity when a man was seen racing across the street from a First Avenue East grocery store with what looked like a "tall boy" beer. He then jumped in an older red car with other people and left in a hurry.

Police arrested two men for disorderly conduct after a resident of Eighth Avenue West reported two neighbors fighting in the street.

Officers recovered three bikes when a resident of Second Avenue West North called to report a neighbor had stolen the bikes and dumped them on his property.

Police investigated the theft of a purse from First Avenue East that contained $300 cash and diamond earrings valued at $120.

Officers arrested a man after he harassed children at Elrod School with obscene gestures. He was charged as an intoxicated pedestrian and with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Customers at a Main Street restaurant were startled when a window shattered Friday afternoon. They thought it was a bullet but it was apparently caused by a rock thrown up by a passing vehicle.

Flathead County sheriff

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies recovered two bikes in the brush near Hill Top Road in Columbia Falls. They looked like racing bikes.

A resident complained of a low-flying black helicopter just after noon Saturday near Eagle's Nest.

A person called the deputies to report finding two nice suitcases at the dump. He loaded them up and took them home. When he opened them, he found $2,000 cash in bundles from separate out of state banks.

A man reported his windshield was broken out of his vehicle parked on Springdale Drive over night.

A dispute at a bar near Columbia Falls resulted in one man arrested and another transported to the hospital.

Road rage was reported late Friday on Trumble Creek Road. The caller said a driver with Idaho plates stopped in the middle of the road, shouted vulgarities accompanied by hand gestures then took off.

Deputies broke up an under-age party on KM Ranch Road Friday evening. One person was cited for minor in possession.

A vehicle hit a curb and then a tree near Scenic Drive and West Reserve. One occupant was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

Flathead County Sheriff's Office logged 174 calls between 3:30 p.m. Friday and 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

Whitefish Police cited a 31-year-old British Columbia man for open container Saturday. Officers arrested a 50-year-old Whiefish man for DUI on Spokane Avenue.

Columbia Falls Police arrested an 18-year-old man on a city court warrant.
