Flathead County sheriff

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to Konley Drive after a woman claimed her boyfriend put a gun to her head and threatened to kill her.

No one, however was arrested and the woman was given a ride to another residence.

A Pleasant Valley Road woman wanted deputies to remove her brother from her home. He allegedly was tossing her stuff around in search of a gun, whose ownership is in dispute.

Patrons of a Bigfork bar allegedly wrested a gun away from a man who was going to use it to cause trouble of an unspecified nature.

Two or three men reportedly got into fisticuffs in the middle of Trap Road early Wednesday morning.

Deputies were called to break up disturbances between warring parties on U.S. 93 and Twin Lakes Road near Whitefish.

A person on Sunny Lane reported being threatened with a knife Tuesday evening.

No one was injured in a rear-end collision on U.S. 93 near Lakeside or at mile marker 160 on U.S. 2.

Altercations in front of an Evergreen box store and at a South Woodland Drive residence were reported to authorities after the fact.

Deputies received 122 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Kalispell police

Two men on East Oregon Street with a gas can and hose fled from Kalispell police, leaving the can behind.

A First Avenue West man allegedly was cussed at after confronting passers-by about letting their dogs use his yard as a privy. In response, the passers-by claimed the man threatened to shoot their dogs.

Officers were dispatched to Vista Loop to tell a woman to stop harassing another woman in Tennessee, but the home was vacant.

A Seventh Avenue West woman told police that another woman tied up her phone for four hours with harassing calls.

Counterfeit $100 bills reportedly were discovered at an East Idaho Street bank.

A man in a cowboy hat spotted late Tuesday night pushing two bikes near a Center Street mall was reported as a suspicious person.

Officers received 73 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Tuesday and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Whitefish police

Graffiti was found on buildings and playground equipment in the Baker Avenue and Fifth Street area. Whitefish police are investigating.

Officers received 26 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police received 13 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Tuesday and 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Alarms

The West Valley Fire Department responded to reports of a grass fire off Fox Farm Road.

The Badrock Fire Department responded to U.S. 2 after a resident reportedly tried to overdose on allergy medicine.

The Columbia Falls Fire Department and Evergreen Fire Department were paged out to extinguish a shed burning off Eid Lane.

The Coram Fire Department, Hungry Horse Fire Department, and Martin City Fire Department were called to U.S. 2 near West Glacier after a car hit a cement barrier. No one was seriously injured.

Smoke near mile marker 134 on U.S. 93 turned out to be coming from a burning slash pile. The Whitefish Fire Department responded.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a hit gas line on Quarterhorse Lane.
