College offers free adult education

Flathead Valley Community College offers free adult basic education classes to people laid off from work who need to improve reading, math or writing skills to prepare for more education or training.

The classes also are offered for people who need to complete high school by taking the GED test.

To qualify, a student must be at least 16 and not enrolled in high school. For additional information, call 756-3884.
