Kalispell police

Kalispell police got a report Sunday evening of a man running out of a Hutton Ranch Plaza electronics store with a computer hard drive. He could not be located afterwards.

There was a report from a Buttercup Loop resident about a girl getting harassing text messages from an older boy.

The passenger window of a vehicle parked at Kalispell Center Mall was broken out.

Three juveniles were arrested for shoplifting from a Third Avenue East grocery store, and four juveniles were arrested for curfew violations.

After a traffic stop on U.S. 2 in Evergreen early Monday, a woman, 34, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and the man driving the car, 53, was arrested for drunk driving.

A back-door window was reported broken at a home on the 400 block of Fourth Avenue East.

About 50 CDs were reported stolen from a vehicle on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue West.

After a traffic stop on West Idaho, a man, 22, was arrested on warrants for driving with a suspended license.

A three-wheel bike was reported stolen from a home on the 400 block of Third Street West..

There was a report of a garage door being shot with a pellet gun on the 300 block of Seventh Street East.

Camping gear was reported stolen from a vehicle at a store on U.S. 93 north.

The passenger window of a vehicle was broken, and items were stolen, on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue West.

There were 69 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a fight, involving two men in their 40s, near the intersection of Whitefish Stage Road and West Reserve Drive Sunday afternoon. When they arrived, they found one unconscious man who was taken by ambulance to Kalispell Regional Medical Center. They could not locate the other man involved in the altercation but a mysterious van was found in a nearby parking lot.

There was a report of a vehicle window being broken somewhere around Hungry Horse Reservoir.

There were reports of small lightning-sparked fires near Marion and Lake Mary Ronan.

A house was reportedly egged on Third Street West in Hungry Horse.

A Segiah Way resident reported that a black bear cub had gotten into his garbage and was lingering on his deck, with the mother bear nearby. The report was forwarded to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

A black bear was severely injured after being struck by a vehicle on U.S. West of Kalispell near Dower Draw.

A Fourth Avenue South resident in Hungry Horse reported a bicycle being stolen.

Early Monday, a Cedar Drive resident in Evergreen reported that her keys had been taken and her car had been stolen. She suspected that her son's friends took the car.

There was a report of juveniles driving a logging skidder, without permission, in a forested area north of Ashley Lake.

A truck topper was reported stolen from a residence on East Reserve Drive.

Sheriff's dispatch had 150 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a man, 45, for family member assault after an altercation at home on the 200 block of West Second Street.

There was a report of criminal mischief Monday morning, involving a bag of debris being thrown at the window of a home on the 300 block of Fir Avenue.

The department had 24 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a woman, 20, for possession of drugs at the City Court Monday morning.

The department had 42 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Alarms

The Creston Fire Department responded to a report of a small forest fire in the Lake Blaine area Sunday afternoon.

A girl, 16, apparently suffered a head injury after a bicycle accident on Lost Prairie Road near Marion Sunday. She was transported by ALERT helicopter to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.
