Sharon Gillespie, 58

Sharon Gillespie, 58, of rural Prescott, Ariz., formerly of Kalispell, passed away May 23, 2009, after a short battle with cancer.

Sharon was born May 25, 1950, to parents, Leonard Wayne and Delores Struble in Kalispell.

She graduated from eighth grade at Pine Grove School and attended Flathead County High School for one year before the family moved to Phoenix. She graduated from Maryvale High School in Phoenix.

Sharon was blessed with three sons, Scott, Bob and Ben. They were the loves of her life. She was also known for her love of animals and was a professional dog groomer.

Sharon worked for JCPenney's in Kalispell and most recently at Wal-Mart in Prescott. She worked nights so she could be a caregiver for her mother during the day.

She was preceded in death by her father, Wayne Struble; and her grandparents, Richard and Minnie Struble, and Walter and Thea Rolf.

She is survived by her mother, Delores Struble, of rural Prescott; her son, Scott Blakley, and his wife, Rebekah, and their sons, Scott Jr., and Taylor; her son, Bob Pasley, and Alicia of Phoenix; her son, Ben Pasley, and wife, Melisa, and their sons, Conner, Noah and Albert, and daughter, Sophia, of Fort Bragg, N.C.; sisters, Linda Simonsen and her husband, Ken, of Sidney, and Marcia Struble of rural Prescott; and brother, Larry Struble, and Elizabeth, of Prescott.

She will be remembered as a wonderful mom, grandma, and faithful friend, and for her warm generosity of spirit.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. June 22, at the Woodland Park historic pavilion in Kalispell.
