Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded Tuesday evening to Hungry Horse after a First Street North West resident allegedly shot his neighbor's dog in the rear.

Authorities were called to rescue a cat that has been stuck in a Kila-area tree for two days.

Alcohol was involved in a Berne Road disturbance. A man allegedly caused problems with a woman trying to get her stuff.

Deputies responded to a Coram bar after a man allegedly knocked another person to the ground four times.

Kalispell police

A woman on Fourth Avenue West North called Kalispell police after allegedly watching a group of boys try to light trees on fire with burning sticks. Responding officers ended up confiscating 100 bottle rockets off them.

Officers responding to complaints of an intoxicated pedestrian on Fifth Avenue East and Second Street arrested a 22-year-old man for disorderly conduct.

Someone tried to explode a portable latrine on Northland Drive, but the sparkler bomb got stuck in the urinal and did only minor damage.

A 12-year-old girl was cited for stealing accessories from a store in a Center Street mall.

A woman allegedly threatened another woman on Ninth Avenue West, then told a friend she was also going to assault her.

Alarms

The Kalispell Fire Department and Evergreen Fire Department responded to a one-vehicle crash involving a light pole on Whitefish Stage Road.

The injured driver was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Kalispell Fire Department and Evergreen Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash on Helena Flats Road.

Injured occupants were taken to the hospital.
