Flathead County Sheriff's deputies responded to a domestic disturbance in a vehicle - known in police parlance as a "rolling domestic" - in the parking lot of a box store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A mail scam was reported on Middle Road.

Deer and vehicles collided on U.S. 93 south of Whitefish and U.S. 2 near Columbia Heights.

In separate incidents, deputies were called to break up arguments between people on Wapiti Meadows Road outside Columbia Falls and on Lakeside Boulevard.

Two people reportedly got into an altercation on North Somers Road, prompting a response from deputies.

A resident on Frontage Road in Columbia Falls needed assistance in removing an unwanted person from the house.

Deputies received 136 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Kalispell police

Kalispell police arrested a woman for stealing from a grocery store on Third Avenue East North. Her boyfriend allegedly tried to cause a disturbance and then told officers he had been threatened by an employee.

Homes were egged on Fifth Avenue East.

Men fighting outside a restaurant on East Idaho Street did not wish to pursue charges. A man and his girlfriend allegedly assaulted on Seventh Avenue East opted for the same course of action.

Officers arrested a 21-year-old man on suspicion of DUI during a traffic stop on 11th Street West and a 31-year-old man on suspicion of DUI during a traffic stop on North Meridian Road.

Officers arrested a 40-year-old man with an outstanding warrant for traffic citations during a traffic stop on Center Street.

Officers received 52 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Monday and 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police received 33 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police were called to 12th Avenue West after somebody reported that a parked vehicle had been running for hours. When officers arrived, no one was around.

Officers received 22 calls for service between 3:30 p.m. Monday and 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Alarms

The Creston and Evergreen fire departments were paged to a Monday evening crash on Foothill Road.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on Teal Drive. The car reportedly was fully engulfed when firefighters arrived.
