When the man's name and address turned out to be fake, Flathead County Sheriff's deputies suspected the call might have been a prank.

Columbia Falls police arrested a 25-year-old man on a warrant for contempt of court following a traffic stop on U.S. 2.

Alarms

The Evergreen Fire Department and Kalispell Fire Department were paged to Interstate Lane after an 80-year-old man fell. He was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center.

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to reports of a chimney fire on U.S. 93 but did not find any flame or smoke showing.

The Kalispell Fire Department responded to a crash on Reserve Loop. Four people suffered minor injuries and none went to the hospital.
