Their son, Ronald, was born in Libby; and there, Glen and Fay raised their family. They enjoyed traveling, fishing and gardening.

Fay particularly loved sewing, latch-hook, embroidery, pinochle, and tea parties with many special friends. When her children were a little older, she went to work as a nurse's aide at St. John's Lutheran Hospital; and later on she worked at St. Regis Lumber Co., until her retirement.
