A woman called her Hungry Horse son and threatened to have an infamous motorcycle gang "take out" him and his wife - and she didn't mean for a night on the town. Flathead County Sheriff's deputies are investigating.

Boaters stranded on the North Fork of the Flathead River were retrieved without incident.

An Airport Road resident called to complain about people drag-racing, but then hung up on dispatchers.

Kalispell police

A woman on Main Street called Kalispell police to complain it wasn't fair that officers were picking on people on her side of the road, that her boyfriend had been arrested on an outstanding warrant, and that kids across the way were fighting.

Someone keeps knocking on a 10th Avenue West resident's bedroom window and wall in the early hours of the morning.

A purse went missing from a Ponderosa Street residence. The last time the purse was seen was during an argument between its owner and her boyfriend.

Two tires reportedly were slashed on a car parked at an East Idaho Street pizza joint.

A man at the Kalispell Regional Medical Center emergency room told officers he was jumped by six men at Woodland Park. They allegedly wanted his money.

Officers responded to 10th Avenue West after a man told authorities his ex stole his car while he was in jail for partner assault. She also allegedly took all the furniture from the home, in violation of a court order.

Someone in a group of kids on Main Street threw something at a passing truck, denting it.

Officers arrested a woman for stealing wine from a grocery store on East Idaho Street.

An Appleway Drive woman showed up at home to find a man in her carport asking her to call police. She went inside, and he started banging on the door. The man apparently thought he was suffering from hypothermia and was taken to the hospital.

Officers received 87 calls for service between 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and 2:30 p.m. Thursday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police cited an 18-year-old man for driving on a suspended license during a traffic stop on U.S. 93.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a 30-year-old man on a Flathead County warrant for felony vandalism during a traffic stop on U.S. 2.

Alarms

The Whitefish Fire Department responded to a crash at the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Edgewood Drive.

The Badrock Fire Department responded to Gosney Crossroads after a tree caught fire.

A car ran off the road and lodged against a tree in the Bigfork area, but no one was injured. The Bigfork Fire Department responded.

The Columbia Falls Fire Department responded to a casino on Ninth Avenue West after a light bulb started smoking.
