After a scuffle involving two women on the 500 block of Maple Sunday night, Flathead County Sheriff's deputies cited one of the women for misdemeanor assault.

Deputies broke up a verbal dispute between a husband and wife on Evergreen Drive.

Two women were cited for shoplifting from a store on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

Two men who had been allowed to stay in a camper on a Wettington East property apparently overstayed their welcome. After the property owner complained, deputies ordered the men to leave.

A man, 49, was arrested for partner-family member assault after a disturbance on the 1900 block of Four Mile Drive.

Early Monday, a man was driven to another address after a disturbance with a woman at a Shady Lane residence.

Deputies dispersed a large group of juveniles who had gathered in a store parking lot on U.S. 2 in Evergreen.

A couple was separated for the night after a disturbance at a residence on Mallard Loop Drive near Whitefish.

Medication and money were reported stolen from an apartment on Montana 35 in Evergreen.

A gun was reported stolen from a residence on the 1500 block of Aluminum Drive.

A recently fired employee was reportedly causing problems at a Grand Drive hair salon. The person was ordered to leave and not return.

A man who was yelling obscenities in front of a neighbor and his 6-year-old son was counseled by deputies to knock it off.

Sheriff's dispatch had 197 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Kalispell police

After a traffic stop on East Idaho Sunday night, Kalispell police arrested a man on a Montana Highway Patrol warrant.

Officers escorted a man and woman who had been arguing from an Airport Road bar early Monday. A couple hours later at the same bar, there was a report of a vehicle windshield being smashed.

A laptop computer and digital camera worth $1,300 were reported stolen from a van parked at a hotel on U.S. 93 South.

A man, 44, was arrested after a traffic stop on U.S. 2 West for a habitual offender revoked license charge.

A bag with a cell phone, an iPod and other items was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at Kalispell Center Mall.

There were 78 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Columbia Falls police

Columbia Falls police arrested a man, 29, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle Sunday afternoon at a Hungry Horse bar after the vehicle, which had been recently reported stolen, was located by Flathead County Sheriff's deputies.

Monday morning, a man, 26, was arrested at City Hall on a city warrant.

There were 21 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Whitefish police

Whitefish police arrested a man, 19, on U.S. 93 South Monday morning for drunk driving and driving with a current registration.

There were 37 log entries between 3:30 p.m. Sunday and 3:30 p.m. Monday.

Alarms

Flathead National Forest and Department of Natural Resources initial attack firefighters were dispatched to four fire starts between Tally Lake and Stillwater Lake Monday afternoon. The state helicopter was deployed on two of the fires and all of them were expected to be contained at less than an acre.
