On East Washington Street, a teenager lay face-down on a sidewalk. He explained that he was fine. An officer had a word with him and his parents. On Main Street, a woman exposed herself to passing drivers until she agreed to go to the hospital. A man on Charlotte Avenue was moved to try to direct traffic until he, too, went to the hospital.
A suspicious letter was reported on West Wyoming Street.
A man was arrested after allegedly hitting his son in the stomach on Seventh Street West.
An ATV was emancipated from the chain that bound it to a tree on Seventh Avenue East North. Something that looks a lot like it was found later, freshly painted blue, in the company of two people with spray-paint cans who also had blue paint on them.
