A man was startled to find a barefoot, dirty, barely coherent woman in his driveway on Harmony Road after midnight.

The resident kept her warm in his truck until deputies arrived and began a long search to find a place for her. She was finally allowed to sleep in the Flathead County Sheriff's Office lobby until she sobered up and could go to a homeless shelter.

Threats were reported near Columbia Falls, where a neighbor was unhappy over a board on the road.

A vehicle was reported stolen at Spruce Park. Another car was reported missing in Marion.

Medical services were notified of a man lying in a ditch on East Reserve Drive, but it was just a teenager taking a nap. Another horizontal man found near the Hungry Horse Ranger Station declined the medical help that was sent for him.

Now that school is back in session, harassment has resumed against a boy in Evergreen, according to his mother.
