Ruth E. (Winchester) Cobler, 64

Ruth E. (Winchester) Cobler, 64, passed away on Monday, Sept. 1, 2006, at her home following a lengthy illness. Ruth was born on April 28, 1942, in The Dalles, Ore., to Edwin and Esther Winchester.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Esther.

Ruth is survived by her husband, LeRoy Cobler; three daughters, Lori L. Bartley and her husband Eric, Arleen R. Buffington and husband Tim, and Carolyn M. Moore and husband Lyle; one brother, Otis Winchester, and his wife Dorothy; grandchildren, Jennifer Rose Horn, Ariel' T. Gonder, David L. Cobler, Ruth Anne M. Hanson, Laramie M. Stevens, Patrick W. Stevens, Shaughn Carda, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Ruth was an artist, wife, mother, and grandmother and great-grandmother.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday Sept. 7, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday Sept. 8, at Buffalo Hill Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Glacier Memorial Gardens.
