Boy almost gets hit by Jeep

A boy reported that people driving a Jeep in the First Avenue area of Hungry Horse almost hit him while he was walking home Monday evening. He yelled at the occupants and they got out and threw "ice balls" at him. Flathead County sheriff's deputies caught up with the occupants in Whitefish, citing them for misdemeanor assault.

A gun was reported stolen Monday afternoon from a vehicle belonging to an Amdahl Lane resident. The man thought the theft may have occurred about a month ago.

There was a report of a domestic disturbance in a car on Rocky Cliff Drive on Monday evening. The parties agreed to separate for the night after talking to deputies.

A Cedar Drive resident reported Monday night that she came home and found her husband with two women, along with drug paraphernalia around the house. The husband reportedly jumped out a window. When deputies arrived, no drug paraphernalia was located.

A Solberg Drive resident asked for an officer escort for two women who showed up at the house and wouldn't leave late Monday. One was taken to a Columbia Falls convenience store and the other to the Columbia Falls jail on an outstanding city warrant.

A man, 20, was taken to the Flathead County jail on a Powell County warrant after he was involved in a car accident early Tuesday on Montana 35.
