Jennifer 'Jenny' Rose Lanktree, 20

"Our beloved Jennifer "Jenny" Rose Lanktree, 20, "left us to be with the angels" Saturday June 24, 2006, at her home in Kalispell, after fighting a long and courageous battle with leukemia. Jenny was born May 16, 1986, in Kalispell to Scott and Laurie (Schultz) Lanktree.

Jenny attended local schools and graduated in the spring of 2004. Jenny had a love for life, music and spending time with her family and friends. She had a very special group of friends with whom she loved to gather around a bonfire and have fun. Jenny's warm smile and wonderful spirit touched the lives of everyone she met.

Jenny "is being watched over in heaven" by her Grandma Alma Lanktree, her Aunt Joy Schultz, and her Uncle Larry Baier.

Those she left behind who are holding her warm smiles and memories in their hearts are her fiance, Andrew Rapada, of Kalispell; her dad, Scott Lanktree, of Kalispell; her mom, Laurie Schultz, and her fiance, Craig Roberts, both of Kalispell; a brother, Aaron Lanktree, of Kalispell; three sisters, Jessica Guderjahn and her husband, Wyatt, of Camp Pendleton, Calif., Joni Lanktree and her fiance, A.J. Kruse, both of Kalispell, and Ashley Lanktree of Kalispell; her grandparents, Don and Lorraine Schultz, and James Lanktree, all of Kalispell; and three very special nephews, Alarik, Stetson and Zane Guderjahn; also numerous aunts and uncles who were very dear to her.

A private service is being held for Jennifer "Jenny" Rose Lanktree on Wednesday, June 28, in Kalispell.
