Intruders on property at Bear Mountain Estates

have made themselves unwelcome, according to a complaint to the Flathead County Sheriff's Office. The trespassers reportedly pile up wooden pallets, start fires, litter and damage roads by tearing around in vehicles.

Dispatchers picked up calls Tuesday evening from Lake County, as well as Flathead County, when transformers blew in Polson and Ronan. Lake County's dispatch service was restored Tuesday night.

Deputies checked on the welfare of a baby who was reportedly the subject of a death threat; he was fine. They also checked on a 69-year-old man who didn't show up at a Lakeside store as is his habit; he was also fine.

A DVD player was reported stolen from Lakeside School. A flatbed trailer was reported stolen near Whitefish.

A vehicle was vandalized in Hungry Horse. A concrete deer lawn ornament was vandalized on Solberg Drive.

Threats and harassment were reported on McMannamy Draw.
