Kalispell police Tuesday were called to Woodland Park, where a graying man, missing some teeth, yelled at passersby from his 1990s blue passenger car.

On 10th Avenue West, two 21-year-old men were arrested on drug charges. So was another man who was pulled over on a traffic stop on Second Avenue West.

Two men with sleeping bags showed up in a yard on East Washington Street and appeared to be setting up camp. In case their arrival went unnoticed, they argued and volleyed some vulgar language at one another. Police cited them for having open containers of alcohol and sent them on their way.

A 4-year-old girl in a purple coat and pink hat reportedly wandered unsupervised on East Center Street. An officer released her to her grandfather and Department of Family Services was notified.

Someone reportedly tried to siphon gas from a sheriff's office vehicle.
