Meeting explaining special h.s. program scheduled Feb. 7

| February 2, 2006 1:00 AM

The International Baccalaureate Programme at Flathead High School will be fully explained Tuesday, Feb. 7, at a meeting for students and parents.

The meeting begins at 6:30 p.m. on the second floor of the Flathead High library.

Students in seventh through 10th grades and parents are invited for the comprehensive introduction to the program.

International Baccalaureate is a high-level college preparatory curriculum for the junior and senior years of high school.

Even though they don't start the formal International Baccalaureate classes until their junior year, students need to plan their freshmen and sophomore class schedules carefully to prepare for entry into the program.
