Spencer, Boyer lead C-Falls girls to win over Hamilton, 50-34

HAMILTON - Callie Spencer scored 17 points and Jessica Boyer added 11 as the Columbia Falls Wildkats downed host Hamilton 50-34 at the Northwestern A versus Southwestern A Tipoff Tournament Friday.

Columbia Falls outscored the Broncs 16-2 in the third quarter to break open a tie game.

Polson's Lisa Mathias scored 13 points in a losing effort Friday as the Lady Pirates fell 53-44 to Browning.

Polson trailed 20-9 after the first period. It got within four - 36-32 after three - but couldn't quite overcome the slow start.

Chantel Jenkins paced the Indians with 10 points.

The Vals led 28-3 after the first quarter and rolled from there.
