Man is done with criminal mischief

A man allegedly had enough of ongoing shenanigans when he told Kalispell Police Department his house was egged, flowers were stolen and shopping carts left on top of fire hydrants and “he has taken all of it he can take.”

A man with road rage reportedly jumped out of a black truck and was holding a bat on North Meridian Road. He may have earlier been following a small car “aggressively.”

A second call came in about possibly the same black truck, when a woman claimed the man driving it was speeding, ran a red light, passed her in the “suicide lane” on U.S. 93 and a waved a bat at her when she honked.

A man driving a car was reportedly tailgating a truck that responded by slowing down. When the car went drove around the truck, someone allegedly threw something at it, damaging it.

Three people were allegedly caught in the crosshairs of someone’s attempt to spray a person with bear spray in a parking lot on U.S. 93 South.

A pontoon boat being pulled by a truck was allegedly hooked on a phone line/TV cable.

A woman was scared of a man who was supposedly screaming and cussing at people and had threatened to shoot a dog on a previous day.

A man who hung up after calling 911 purportedly became “belligerent and flippant” with dispatchers and “wanted to argue” when he said he didn’t know his phone number because he doesn’t dial it.

Three youths reportedly climbed up a goal post and possibly causing it to lean. Officers cautioned a group of youths and found all the goal posts may have been leaning somewhat.

A woman reportedly told police that she was drugged and someone stole her vehicle, which contained her phone and purse, and then they let her out on Third Avenue East North.

A passerby alleged a twitching man dressed in ragged clothes was picking up rocks and throwing them at vehicles. The man reportedly “came out of the bushes” from Woodland Park and was last seen at the top of the hill.
