No. 26996 INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for construction of the Baker Avenue Pedestrian Underpass Project will be received by the City of Whitefish until 3:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, June 2, 2020. The electronic bids will then be opened and read aloud. The work generally includes installing a 20'x12' precast concrete arch structure for a pedestrian underpass, large block engineered retaining walls, concrete pedestrian paths and curb, lighting, storm drain improvements, landscaping, irrigation and associated demolition, excavation, guardrail, striping, surface restoration, and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The City of Whitefish will be only accepting online electronic bids through QuestCDN (www.questcdn.com). Prospective Bidders must purchase contract documents through QuestCDN. Electronic plan download and electronic bidding can be completed through QuestCDN for a fee of $15.00 to download documents as a planholder and an additional $30.00 for planholders who wish to bid the project.
