Ted Czochanski, 76

| March 29, 2020 1:00 AM

Ted Czochanski, 76, of Kalispell, loved Jesus. After battling a long fight with several health issues, he went to be with his Lord on Monday, March 23, 2020, at Lake View Care Center in Bigfork.

Ted was born on May 19, 1943 and raised in New Jersey. A veteran, he served his country in the Navy. He married and lived in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters for 20 years. He worked as a heavy equipment mechanic. He became a believer and he and his wife became very involved with their church. At age 40, the Lord changes the course of his life and led them to Montana. He studied through Moody Bible Institute and completed his requirements for Scofield Bible Doctrine. He served as a small groups and discipleship pastor at Christian Center for 15 years. His life consisted of his family, friends and helping other people find their way in life. He was a leader in his home, church and community. A quirky sense of humor helped him take life less seriously.

He is survived by his wife, Christa, of 52 years; daughter, Deborah and husband Clint and two grandsons, Austin and Garrett; daughter, Jill and husband Ron Catlett and two granddaughters, Sarah and Kaitlyn; brother, Charles Czochanski; and family in New Jersey.

He has led a blessed life letting Jesus lead the way. He has enjoyed the blessings of family and friends and now gets to hang out with his Lord.

Arrangements are to be made at a future date to celebrate Ted’s life.
