Flathead County woman tests positive for virus

A woman in her 20s has tested positive for coronavirus in Flathead County, bringing the total number of people in the county with the disease to five, according to a Wednesday afternoon report from the Governor’s Coronavirus Task Force. No further information about the woman has been released yet.

The total number of Montana residents who have tested positive now stands at 65, with the largest concentration of positive cases in Gallatin County, where 24 people have tested positive. Yellowstone County has 12 cases and Missoula County has six.

The total number of tests completed since the last report is 112; the total number of coronavirus tests given in Montana so far is 2,193.

The state task force issues a report each morning and afternoon that lists the county and the person’s age range.
