Kalispell Middle School students Dyson Linden and Keanu Ng are among six winners of the Montana Tech Regional Division II Science Fair held March 12.

Winners will have the opportunity to participate in an all-expense paid five-day, hands-on science camp at Montana Learning Center.

More than 380 students from 33 schools participated in the regional science fair.

The fair provided students the experience of gaining exposure to professional level judges, public recognition of talented students for their independent research efforts, and an increased public awareness of the importance of science education in our society.

Montana Tech’s fair is one of the five regional fairs in Montana.

The 65th annual state science fair hosted by the University of Montana scheduled for March 30 is canceled to mitigate the potential spread of COVID-19.
