No. 27185 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit application: FDP-20-01 A request by Breckenridge Surveying and Mapping, PPLC on behalf of Skyline Metal Roofing Products, Inc for fill, road construction, and commercial building work proposed within the area mapped as Zone AE 100-year floodplain. The applicants are proposing the placement of fill for building construction, fill for a roadway. The applicant is planning to remove the top soil from the building and area and driveway. The volume of fill to be placed is 1,855 cubic yards. The subject property is located at 210 East Cottonwood Drive, and can legally be described as Lot 2 of Spring Creek Center in the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 04, Township 28 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
