• Brandi Nicole Nelson of Eureka has been named to Eastern Mennonite Universityís deanís list for the fall 2018 semester.

• Rebecca Konen of Polson has been named to the fall 2018 deanís list at Kutztown University.

• Columbia Falls Historical Society has elected new officers for 2019. Serving as president will be Peg Sorensen. Other officers are Dorothy Downen, vice-president; Lois Smith, secretary; and Steve Skyberg, treasurer. The club meets the third Thursday of each month at the North Valley Community Center on Nucleus Avenue in Columbia Falls. The next meeting is at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, for a chili feed and program by Fred Flint on the history of crosscut saws. The meeting is open to the public. There is no charge but donations will be welcomed.

• Kiara R. Burlage of Columbia Falls and Cameron N. St. James of Kalispell were named to the deanís list for the 2018 fall semester at Lewis-Clark State College.

• Cain Boschee of Kalispell has been named to the Dickinson State University presidentís list for the 2018 fall semester.

• Zoee Boschee and Logan Peck, both of Kalispell were named to the 2018 fall semester deanís list at Dickinson State University.

• Harrison Kauffman of Olney and Anna Nicosia of Columbia Falls both qualified for Lehigh Universityís deanís list in fall 2018.

• Annie Wilkinson, a senior theater design and production major from Libby, is on the deanís list the fall 2018 semester at Harding University.
