Flathead, Glacier in AA playoffs tonight

The Glacier Wolfpack and the Flathead Braves both hit the road today for the Class AA football playoffs.

The No. 5 Western AA seed Wolfpack (4-5) is at the No. 4 Eastern Seed Great Falls High while the No. 7 Western AA seed Flathead is at Billings West, No. 2 from the East.

The Wolfpack has come on strong at the end of the season, giving No. 2 Western AA seed Sentinel a run for its’ money last week.

Glacier fell 28-25 at Missoula. The Flathead Braves also closed out the regular season on a high note, dropping visiting Missoula Big Sky, 19-7.

Tonight’s other games feature No. 7 Eastern AA Billings Skyview at No. 2 Western AA Missoula Sentinel at 7 p.m., No. 6 East Belgrade at No. 3 West Capital at 7:30 p.m., No. 5 East CMR at No. 4 West Helena at 4 p.m., No. 8 West Big Sky at No. 1 East Bozeman at 7 p.m.

No. 3 East Billings Senior plays host to No. 6 West Missoula Hellgate at 1 p.m. Saturday and No. 1 West Butte has a first-round bye.
