BIGFORK — Maddie Robison scored four goals for the Columbia Falls Wildkats in a 7-0 rout of the Bigfork Valkryies in a Northern A matchup on Tuesday.

With one more game left in the regular season, the Wildkats are 10-1 overall and 7-0 in conference play.

“Really cool that a lot of our younger players were able to step up,” Columbia Falls Thomas Clark said. Freshmen Morgan McAleavey, Gwen Jarvis and Aletheia Fisher each got a chance to play varsity minutes.

McAleavey had two assists and Fisher had one assist.

“It’s exciting to see younger players knock it out of the park when their numbers are called,” Clark said.

Senior Graceanne Sevesind’s goal came off a corner kick. Clark called it an “absolute screamer.”

“To see your outside back score that in her second to last regular season game as a senior was really cool,” Clark said.

The Wildcats host Libby for a 5 p.m. game on Thursday, the last before playoffs.
