TROY — Bigfork experienced a 69-32 blowout District 7B win over Troy on Friday while escaping with a nonconference 70-65 overtime thriller over Ronan on Thursday at Ronan.

Jaime Berg had 23 points and Rakiah Grende 13 in the win over Troy.

Allie Coldwell topped Troy in scoring with 13 points.

Bigfork (14-1 overall) led 42-19 at the half.

Berg had 17 points, Shae Anderson 16 and Grende 14 in the triumph over Ronan.

CORVALLIS — Corvallis jumped out to a 20-9 lead and battled Whitefish on even terms after that for a Class A nonconference victory.

Payton Kastella led a balanced Whitefish attack with 14 points. Claire Carloss netted 11 and Annisa Brown tallied 10.

Calla Haldorson and Hannah Martin had 19 each for Corvallis.

Selah Neumann had a game-high 24 points to power Stillwater Christian to an easy Montana Christian Athletic Association win over Gallatin Valley at Stillwater Christian.

Stillwater led 23-5 after the opening quarter.
