Roxie Lehl, vice president of Friends of the Library, presented ImagineIF Library Director Connie Behe with a donation of $11,000 on Jan. 17. Every fall, the Friends of the Library holds an annual book sale at Kalispell Center Mall featuring thousands of donated books and media. All funds gathered from the sale support ImagineIF early literacy classes, teen events and hands-on STEAM programs for grades K-6.

“The remarkable and generous support of the Friends of the Library demonstrates the community’s love of learning, personal connection and service to others, Behe said. “We couldn’t do this without them and are grateful for their tireless dedication and hard work.”

The purpose of the Friends of the Library is to work for the benefit, improvement and welfare of ImagineIF Libraries, its collections, its services and its facilities. Find out how you can become a member at http://imagineiflibraries.org/support-your-library/friends-of-the-library/
