Blame Trump and GOP for mass murder

One year ago Trump signed his first piece of legislation — a stand-alone Republican, NRA bill to make it easier for the mentally ill to buy guns.

Trump, the NRA, and Republican lawmakers are fighting to make sure that mass murderers in the United States are the best armed and the best equipped mass murderers anywhere in the world.

The right to bear arms does not give every despot in the country the right to a mass-murder weapon. The blood of all the mass-murder victims is squarely on the hands of all Republicans and the NRA. —Tom Shaughnessy, Kalispell
