Intoxicated man can’t find home, sweet home

A woman reportedly tried to help an intoxicated man get home by giving him a ride, but after attempting to drop him off at multiple addresses to no avail, she gave up and took him to the Kalispell Police station, according to a Flathead County Sheriff’s Office report. Officers ran a search for the man’s address and managed to get him home.

A 16-year-old boy was reportedly “sexting” with a girl when he sent an explicit video of himself to her. The girl responded by threatening to send the video to the boy’s friends and coworkers if she did not receive $100.

Drivers sat at a railroad crossing for a while without ever seeing a train. The motorists were eventually informed the lowered arms and flashing lights were not indicating a train, but a faulty crossing and were advised to find alternate routes.

A woman called to report a fire at her neighbor’s house, telling dispatch she told her husband to do it 10 minutes earlier but he didn’t. As she was hanging up, the woman started screaming at someone else in the room, calling them a “[expletive] face.”

The owner of a business in Columbia Falls reported multiple pallets stolen from his business. According to the Columbia Falls Police report, the man said one of his employees gave someone permission to take the pallets without his permission, and he expected to be charged $5 per pallet by the delivery company if they weren’t returned. The man said he had video footage of the theft and believed between six and eight pallets were stolen.
