The facility was originally operated in 1973 and has an average daily flow of 0.67cfs. The facility is not a new or increased source. DEQ is proposing to retain the effluent limits in the previous permit. The proposed permit requires periodic self-monitoring and reporting of discharge quality and quantity and periodic monitoring and reporting of upstream ambient water quality. The WWTP has an average daily design flow of 0.69 million gallons per day for a design population of 8,100 in the winter and 6,500 in the summer. Current population served is 2,415 in the winter and 3,360 in the summer.
