What could possibly be the criteria used to select Jobe as the AA Athletic Director of the year?

First Schottle is superintendant of the year, now Jobe is athletic director of the year. Just how low of a bar do they have in this state? Good grief, this is not only sad its pathetic!

Thompson is a great choice. I think they should rethink the Jobe choice.
