BILLINGS — A Montana judge on Wednesday stood by his decision to send a former teacher to prison for 30 days for raping a 14-year-old girl who later killed herself, but said he “deserved to be chastised” for his comments about the young victim.

District Judge G. Todd Baugh sentenced former Billings Senior High School teacher Stacey Rambold to 15 years, then suspended all but 31 days and gave him credit for one day already served.

Religious People Tend to Be More Racist, Study Finds

I in researching The bad judge ( .D Todd Bough ) I found out he was raised in A deeply religious
Southern Baptist family in the Bible Belt. Hmmm? The rape victim was Hispanic maybe??? just maybe. Well the good news is that most Americans ( well at least the ones that have Gray Matter between there ears ) especially the one under the age of 30 years don't see race.
I think the Internet is helping people of the world see each other as they truly are and with out the old mined control freaks turning the control knobs. See below.

The judge is probably a fan of Whoopi Goldberg, ya know? I mean, it wasn't really rape rape. (sarc)

I can't imagine the State Att. General allowing this judge to get away with this. What am I missing here?
