            DUI 1990
            DUI 1997
            DUI 2006
            DUI 2013

This pattern tells me he will have another DUI in another seven to nine years. It also tells me this county has a fair chance that this guy will kill someone in the next seven to nine years. Maybe we'll be lucky and that "someone" will be his bottom-feeder attorney, then the prosecutor, then the judge. The Trifecta of DUI-rony.

There is no way a judge is actually going to go for this. There has to be some consequence to fourth DUI.

It's not like he's not getting punished he'll have atleast a grand in fines and another felony charge.

A suspended sentence? That will teach him. I'm sure we won't see a fifth one out of him after this horrible sentence. Suspended - Felony DUI. Pathetic. Our courts are a joke.

Don't forget about Greg Barkus, drunk off his you know what, crashes his boat and nearly kills 4 people. He never spent 1 day in jail that tells me all I need to know about Mt and drinking. The judges DONT CARE about drinking and driving.

And whom is the Judge that will hand out this "suspended" sentence? Remind me NOT to vote for that person come election time.

Might as well put up signs at the Border
Welcome to Montana it is OK to drink and Drive.
Any other State you would not see the light of Day on the 4th DUI
Why do the Police even bother to pull them over all they get is a pat on the back and the court says sorry you got caught, try not to do it again.

dont forget , the state is in the alcohol buisness, if they really wanted to stop this they could but millions are made in taxes from it. easy fix , breath test at any place that sells or serves alcohol, if you blow more than a .06 no sale or service , the state from all they make could hire someone to do the tests and still make millions, but part of it going in polititions pockets would have to go

A suspended sentence on a FOURTH DUI!?!?!?!?!?!? And we wonder why this deadly problem persists??? I hear that the Flathead County Prosecutor's office is handing out flask keychains for Christmas this year.
