Let's see, how would the conversation go? We lost, what are we gonna do? I know, let's take away food and money from some of our citizens, that should do it, right?

Kris! Pack your butt back to California, this is a Democratic Republic, not a Dictatorship.
I'm sure you are one of the morons that voted that bunch of idiots into office.
            Whiney wimp!

You LOST by over 5 millions votes. When you lose, the other guy gets to call the shots. Is that so hard to understand?

You're a bunch of whining, grandstanding drama queens.

Seems to me, Obama and the Democrats are the ones refusing to negotiate at all, the GOP keeps sending proposals and the Demo's say they won't even read them, the GOP has tried to schedule meetings, the Demo's refused to schedule them, so it is the Democrats that are causing this standstill with this my way or the highway stance.

Sorry to bust up the fun.

You folks lost and and now your party whines like children and throws a tantrum shutting down the government. You're going to lose by an even larger margin next time. With the way you behave, it's inevitable.

More Ted Cruz please. You guys are too easy.

That's good news. Also - the Vets in D.C. won their skirmish with the park "service". [beam]

My sister walked into Glacier Park and found lots of people there on Tuesday.
It appears that if you are going into the park to shop at one of the privately owned shops, they will NOT STOP you.

The NATIONAL PARK SERVICE just issued a warning to WWII vets, that if any of them tried to enter and visit the WWII Memorial on the mall in Washington D.C., THEY WILL BE ARRESTED !

Thank Harry Reid, court jester to King Obama. Watch for the sad people barred from Glacier Park, and (of course) the photo-ops.
Or - if you wish, drive on up, move the barricades out of the way, and enjoy the view. it is still "public property". Or, does it now belong to the king?[beam]

It wouldn't surprise me one bit that just about everyone who voted for Barack Hussein Obama are the ones complaining the most and thought obamacare was better than sliced bread. Live with it and suffer like the rest of the country.
Folks!! This is the start of his "fundamental transformation of this country.

It is now 7:15 AM and this is starting to get scary. I'm waiting to see if the sun is going to come up or if Obama fixed that to.

That's the frustrating thing Mobes. Why they can't operate just as if it were the winter I have no idea. And the worst part is that all the workers will most likely (because they have in every other shutdown so far) be paid for their time during the shutdown! If they're going to get paid eventually why not have them at work rather than sitting home with the park inaccessible tot he public? What a joke our gov't is.

What a farce. There are no entrance barricades during the winter months when the Park is closed. This drama is all about attracting publicity. Obama needs to learn he is not a King and that our country is a Republic governed with the consent of the people.

We can still drive into Apgar and visit the shops? This has to be killing their businesses and ability to put food on their tables.

"Public recreation, including camping and hunting, is prohibited during the shutdown."

Now might be the perfect time to go out and bag the "big one", hjahaha! Like anyone will, or anyone cares. We might learn that we do not need the workers, if everyone follows the rules, right?
