GREAT FALLS — Myles McKisic’s two-run single capped a three-run sixth inning for the Great Falls Voyagers Thursday, and they held on for a 3-2 win over the Glacier Range Riders in Pioneer League baseball.

It was the second straight loss at Great Falls for the Range Riders (12-19), who fell 8-7 on Wednesday.

Glacier closed to 3-1 on a wild pitch that scored Brenton Davis, and 3-2 in the ninth on Brandt Broussard’s RBI groundout that scored Davis on Thursday.

That left Broussard on as the tying run, but the next two Range Riders grounded out.

On Wednesday the Voyagers (19-13) walked off Glacier with two runs in the ninth inning: Derek Kolbush’s RBI single was misplayed for an error, allowing the winning run in. Kolbush hit a two-run triple in the seventh, and scored on an interference call to knot the game at 6-all.

In the top of the eighth Justin Mazzone hit a solo homer to put the Rideres back in front, 8-7.

Brody Wofford homered for the Range Riders; Broussard had an RBI triple and Ben McConnell had three hits and two RBIs.
