Wolfpack gangs up to win Crosstown Cup

Tyler Avery, Trevor Cunningham and the rest of the Glacier Wolfpack were too much for Flathead’s golfers, winning the two-day, match play Crosstown Cup 19-6 at Village Greens.
Monday’s two-person best ball action went to Glacier 5.5-2.5; the Braves and Bravettes managed to halve three matches and get a win from Tag Schow and Ayden Schwindt.
Schwindt was one of three Flathead golfers to win a singles match.
Tuesday’s singles went to Glacier 13.5-3.5.
Avery and Cunningham had tight matches both days, combining to win best ball 2 and 1 and then taking their singles matches 1 up and 2 and 1.
Trey Engellant and Wes Weber combined for a best ball win Monday, before each won their singles matches Tuesday. Tanyon Murray and Carl Bitney matched those feets, as did Chloe Tanner, Kenna Sandler and Braelyn Ryan from the Pack girls team.
Jonah Wynne teamed with Luke Rogers for a best-ball win and then won his singles match Tuesday as well.
