Woman finds mystery meat in backyard

A woman reportedly told Kalispell Police Department she found two packages of meat in her backyard and thought someone tried to poison her dog after she had taken it to the vet days before when it was found lying on the ground and foaming at the mouth.

Several rapscallions supposedly showed up to Depot Park, set off fireworks in the parking lot and loosened a parking sign by shaking and leaning on it.

An employee calling from U.S. 93 N. reportedly said an inebriated man flashed everyone when he “whipped it out and started peeing,” then laid on the sidewalk.

A suspicious front desk employee allegedly didn’t want to return what looked like a new laptop still in its box to the supposed owners unless law enforcement was there because the people supposedly also left behind a “torch,” both used and clean syringes, and tin foil with black tar heroin.

A customer wearing a beanie purportedly stole “a giant display of vape cigarettes,” on Treeline Road.

A man reportedly taken to the hospital by police called officers later in the day wanting to file a complaint, claiming he had an elbow injury from “excessive force.”

Someone had questions about releasing floating lanterns in city limits.
